Before we put the house on the market, she offered great advice on preparing it to sell, without breaking the bank. When it was time to list, she spent a lot of time researching to find the right sale price and took fantastic pictures for the MLS and marketing flier. She had several other marketing ideas that were never used because we were under contract in less than 48 hours! Nancy was just as helpful on the buying side. Nancy Grace is an energetic, detail-oriented real estate agent who kept us well-informed throughout the process of buying a home! She and our New Jersey Keller Williams agent kept in touch regularly and worked well as our selling and buying team.  Their efforts made the interstate purchase relatively simple. Nancy was a strong advocate for us as buyers when the final negotiations about our closing date became difficult.  She represented our point of view accurately to the sellers and she often thought of useful questions to ask.  With Nancy’s help, we were able to add a slop sink and grilling deck to the purchase agreement at no additional cost.  While the grilling deck was being built and the appliances were installed, Nancy went to the trouble of sending numerous photos over a period of weeks so we felt like we were continually being updated on the status of the projects.  She is well-versed in technology which came in handy when we needed to sign documents electronically, access forms remotely, etc.  When we visited North Carolina in early April for the house inspection, Nancy graciously offered to take several large house plants to her home so that we would not have to transport them on our moving day. This small gesture was a great help when we finally loaded our car and found that we never would have had room for the plants!
